Slow but sure

by Jennifer
(Bly, Oregon, USA)

In August of 2017, I went in to get a cortisone injection for a wrist issue. The following day I woke up with severe vertigo and a heart rate in the 40's. I didn't know that it could crash my body, and no clue what adrenal fatigue was. After a couple days I went to the ER and they ran some tests but found nothing. I couldn't walk from the couch to the bathroom and lived in the living room from Sept to January. I was nauseous, fatigued and barely able to eat. In January I had to go back to work. I used a cane and tried my best.
My dad has gone to Vrzal Chiropractic in Laguna Niguel, and after a couple months I was desperate. So immediately the doctor diagnosed adrenal fatigue. Set me up with supplements that worked for me. He said the dizziness was a gallbladder issue. Who knew? Within a week I had more energy and no dizziness. Slow but surely I've gotten better. I am still taking DSF Herbal. I can't go without it.
Food is an issue lately. I'm stuffing my face out of emotional issues. So I'm working on that, as food is vital to recover.
Looking forward to seeing better results this year.
