I Have been working with a naturopath near Ottawa-Whole Medicine.
She has done a battery of testing and we found that my cortisol levels were almost zero and my thyroid is well off.

I was doing well on the supplements she suggested-esp liquorice tea. However I push my self and then I'm down for the count again.

I'm VERY frustrated that my MD does not get it. I'm hoping that between the ND and myself we can work on the medical doc.

I HAVE LOADS of nights after I've pushed my self too much that I cannot sleep at all. Lorazapam is the only thing that works in this case.
But I don't want these to be on my supplements list!!! :)

I left Dr. Boggess office a resident expert in stress and insomnia after my first official visit. Don't know how I learned so much in 80 minutes, but he really educates you and helps you understand what is happening. He tied together my insomnia, depression, reflux, muscle tension, and lack of sex drive all to my tired worn out adrenals. I have a son with autism and have been working with Dr. Boggesss for over a year now ignoring my own issues. As my son started to do better I started wanting to focus on my own health. Now we are both doing well. I'm telling all the moms I know, "help yourself too..." Probably one of the best doctors in Michigan for this type of problem given all the stressed families his office deals with. Definitely a heartfelt team approach.

1. what is your connection to Nasri Clinic and why do you recommend them?

2. how experienced are they in working with adrenal fatigue specifically, as well as handling severe adrenal fatigue?

3. do you know what sort of treatment plan they recommend in overcoming adrenal fatigue?
