Desparately needing a Dr.who treats adrenal fatigue and other hormone imbalances that actually takes insurance in Mobile, AL

I have suffered horribly ever since My total hysterectomy 4 years ago this month. I have never been right since they took everything, including my ovaries. Nobody wants to treat you if you don't fall into "the norm". All they have done is throw estrogen at me and tell me I should be fine and maybe I need a therapist. SERIOUSLY! If I didn't need a therapist when I got here I sure don't need one now! Somethimg PHYSICALLY is wrong with me! The only doctors I have found that do what I need do not take any insurance and they want $500 to $600 up front!! Somebody please help me!!

I’m struggling w/major adrenal issues after going into menopause without healthy adrenals. The adrenals are suppose to kick in with the small amounts of hormones needed for the transition. Sounds like you are very low in Any/all hormones because of hysterectomy. It will take time to heal once you get the hormones in your body that you need. A very slow recovery time. Diet, lots of rest and supplements. Find a bio identical dr. In your area and have blood work done to check your estrogen, testosterone. BioTec pellets are what I am on for hormone replacement. Wishing you healing.
